There is no way I can separate my experiences from my practice, so here is a little bit about me:

My approach is firmly rooted in the ancient techniques recently recovered (the 1990s) and transmuted by Chris and a small group of other astrologers and historians. This means I use the Whole Sign house system (and occasionally Porphyry), so your chart may look a little different. Hellenistic methods appealed to me because I have long been fascinated by the ancient world—starting at the age of 11 when I gave my first “lecture” on Greek mythology for a local astronomical association!

Since then, I have spent a career out in the natural world, primarily as an organic farmer, and enjoy contemplating the works of many nature writers such as Ralph Waldo Emerson, Robert Frost, Mary Oliver, and Robin Kimerer. Thus, my understanding of astrology is also connected to an ardent love of nature and close experience with seasonal cycles.

It would be my honor to sit with you and decode what wisdom and guidance can be found through the perspective and practice of astrology.
